Everything you do with Fi (and Sofia and Paige before her) - every moment is just so perfectly crafted to give us so much about them, even the little details are pieces of the puzzle. Even little asides - Fi's comment about powdery cookies, for example, when donating blood, tells us something we need to know about her past, or personality.
