Hey all!

I admit, I wave having a bit of a bad day and I decided to check out the Love Memes linked on my player page from the wiki... which is when I realized the last Love Meme was in 2018! 2018! That was so long ago!

So I thought it might be a good idea to go about setting up one for 2021. :)

No negativity, please, only praise, compliments, and joy.

I'm going to start a thread for everyone, but if this triggers anyone's anxiety, I can remove your entry from the thread, no worries.

Al! I love how you play Artie - I always have. It's so squinty and snarky and I've missed logging with you! You bring such an authentic style to him, I adore it. :)

god I love Artie so much just for the fact that he's often the one who says the truth with all the blinders off and paint scraped off the ugly bits. I love how weary he is, and how just utterly done he is sometimes - and that he just keeps doing what he do, because he's determined to try to improve things, even if it's just a little improvement.

I love grumpy Artie. He is jsut....so consistent, which is so hard to do, but is so, so lovely to see!

Hey Al. It’s been a hell of a year, hey? I miss your face!

Artie is one of my favourite conflict characters for Laurie to argue with. He truly never backs down which is brilliant when you want to add a little drama.

And you yourself are so easy to write with. It’s a genuine pleasure to log with you. Even if I am slow as a wet week these days

You took some tough choices with Artie, hung in tough, and really turned him into a fascinating character. I've been really impressed with some of the takes, and also being willing to make him the contrarian, which is a role that so many players shy from.

I absolutely adore your work with Artie. Like, let's take one of the more (most?) complicated characters to portray via text and make it WORK. Every log with you is dry, witty, and leaves me wanting more.

Al! Artie is so awesome, and is definitely your character now. I love how much you've put into the character and it really shows, which isn't easy when you're playing someone who is far from easy to represent on paper (computer?). I look forward to what's going to happen to them next, and hopefully we can get a chance to write together in the near future too. :)

I love Artie (and you) and I'm really glad we got to log together! We should do it more as brains and time allow (seriously, just ask, I'll probably say yes).
